I think that this is crucial for planners -if we are afraid to entertain what may possibly be heretical opinions, we will never move our client's brands on.
If all we do is accept conventional wisdom, how can we create differentiation?
If everything we do adheres to the category norms, how will our work stand out amidst the clutter?
