Ok, it was wet and the ankle-deep mud made it quite an effort to get from one stage to another. But it was so, so worth it (thank god for a stout and comfortable pair of wellies and possible the best camping spot on the whole site).
And bless the BBC for their extensive coverage. Thanks to the joys of Sky+ we were able to relive the highlights and catch the acts that we missed due to inevitable schedule clashes. And now, thanks to the joys of YouTube, I can share a couple of our highlights with you all.

Later that night, while the masses headed for the wide-screen stadium antics of The Killers, we stayed put for Iggy & the Stooges -wise move:
Other highlights -Bjork, Arcade Fire, Manic Street Preachers, Bondo de Role, Amp Fiddler... and of course Aotearoa's own Fat Freddy's Drop, who lifted our spirits at the damp, cold and tired tail end of Sunday. No Glasto footage, alas, but here's their latest video:
